DLC QPL Listed
The DLC Mark is proof of product performance and listing on the DLC Qualified Products List.
The DesignLights Consortium™ (DLC) is a project of Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP), a regional non-profit founded in 1996. The DLC is dedicated to accelerating the widespread adoption of high-performing, energy-efficient commercial lighting solutions. In collaboration with industry stakeholders, DLC defines high performance through technical requirements, facilitates thought leadership, and provides tools, resources, and technical expertise to members and industry.
The DLC qualifies commercial LED luminaires, retrofit kits, linear replacement lamps, and mogul (E39) screw-base replacement lamps for inclusion in DLC members’ energy efficiency rebate and incentive programs. Available product categories are prioritized and developed by DLC energy efficiency program members. Any rebates or incentives are provided at the discretion of each individual energy efficiency program.

Title 24 Compliant
California’s new nonresidential Building Energy Efficiency Standards (Energy Standards) take effect on January 1, 2020. The 2019 Energy Standards focus on several key areas to improve the energy efficiency of newly constructed buildings, additions and alterations to existing buildings.
Significant changes in the 2019 Energy Standards address ventilation, HVAC, demand response and lighting. Notably, the 2019 Energy Standards now include requirements for healthcare facilities, although there are many exceptions for this building type.

UL Listed
UL is a global independent safety science company with more than a century of expertise innovating safety solutions from the public adoption of electricity to new breakthroughs in sustainability, renewable energy and nanotechnology. Dedicated to promoting safe living and working environments, UL helps safeguard people, products and places in important ways, facilitating trade and providing peace of mind.
If a product carries one of these marks, it means UL found that representative product samples met UL’s requirements. Products carrying marks for Canada have been evaluated to Canadian safety requirements, which may be somewhat different from U.S. safety requirements. A combination mark indicates compliance with both Canadian and U.S. requirements.

CSA
The CSA mark indicates that a sample of the product has been certified to applicable standards including standards written or administered by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Underwriters Laboratories (UL), CSA Group (CSA), NSF International, and other North American organizations.
CSA marks and labels indicate that the certification requirements have been met. The CSA mark can also demonstrate that additional requirements, such as energy efficiency, sanitation, low lead, etc., have been met when the appropriate indicator is present.

ETL Listed
The ETL Mark is proof of product compliance (electrical, gas and other safety standards) to North American safety standards. Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) across the US and Canada accept the ETL Listed Mark as proof of product safety.
Retail buyers accept it on products they’re sourcing. And every day, more and more consumers recognize it on products they purchase as a symbol of safety.

CE
NSF accredited third-party certification provides all stakeholders – industry, regulators, users and the general public – assurance that a certified product, material, component or service complies with the technical requirements of the referenced standard.
CE Marking for products and systems ensures compliance with the applicable European laws. These directives regulate a necessary level of protection with respect to safety, health, environment and consumer protection for products sold within the European Union (EU).
